Genesis Steakhouse hosts Passover Seder

“We are pleased to have Rabbi Yossi and Esty Zaklikofsky guide us through this sacred time and to explain the meaning of the Seder rituals,” said Genesis Steakhouse founder Jason Goldstein. “As is our custom, everyone is welcome to us join us on Friday, April 22, at 8 p.m. We will be serving traditional Passover foods and kosher wines.”

Seder menu includes wine, Seder plate, shmurah matzah, baked herbed gefilte fish, Genesis House salad, chicken soup, buffet of smoked brisket, barbecued chicken, smoked turkey, chef’s vegetarian plate, with fork-smashed potatoes and grilled veggies and finally, a dessert station.

During Passover, Genesis will have special hours of operations.

They are at 5427 Bissonnet St., just east of Chimney Rock Road. They are the first steakhouse in Houston to serve certified Glatt Kosher foods, as well as healthy, all natural, hormone- and antibiotic-free prime beef.
