Just in time for National Burger Day, December 21, 2015

Houston, Texas. November 30, 2015. “We butcher all our meats in house,” stated Jason Goldstein, founder of Genesis Steakhouse and Wine Bar, the first kosher steakhouse in Houston, and in the entire Southwestern United States, which proudly serves healthy, all natural, hormone and antibiotic free beef. “This gives us the opportunity to not only serve the finest wet and dry aged beef, but to also create the juiciest burgers. Along with Black Angus Ribeye, we add lamb and veal to our house-ground, hand-formed burgers. Enjoy any burger on Fridays, and we will pair it with a draft beer at Happy Hour prices.” Draft beers include Saint Arnolds, Karbach and 8th Wonder Brewery. Lunch is served on Fridays from 11 am until 3 pm. Genesis Steakhouse and Wine Bar is closed to the public every Friday evening in honor of the Sabbath, and will open for private corporate and personal events.
